So you find yourself on another Sunday with another busy week ahead. You’re trying to keep up with demanding work, difficult school, quality family time, an active social life, and somehow find time to binge watch Netflix (have to fit in some R&R sometime!).

The easiest way you really can “have it all”? Spend your day preparing the meals you’ll need for the upcoming week. Think of all the episodes of Game of Thrones you can watch when you come home from work if you only have to pull your meal out of the fridge and heat it up. Enjoy the extra time!
